SATO Expands Knowledge Sharing for Europe Partners
25/09/24Enhanced info on product and industry applications for more collaborative solutions
SATO Europe GmbH, a leader in labeling and identification solutions, launched SATO Dojo for regional strategic partners today. This knowledge platform, developed by SATO Holdings Corporation for use throughout the SATO Group is aimed at building relationships with strategic partners by empowering them with in-depth product and industry application expertise.
Selecting a partner in the AIDC space is challenging as label printing and encoding processes must be integrated with peripherals like readers, scanners, sensors and more to identify and track items that move across the supply chain.
SATO Dojo serves as a central hub to access essential resources, including detailed information on products, add-on services, marketing materials, technical training resources, and support.
Expanded content for Europe includes the latest trends in industries like HoReCa1, ecommerce and fashion retail. It will be packed with industry-specific solutions such as allergen labeling, food safety in restaurants, food delivery reducing food waste, markdowns and RFID solutions.
“The success of our partners is our success,” said Laurent Lassus, head of Europe at SATO Europe GmbH. “As a manufacturing solutions integrator we need to enable our products and services to work seamlessly in their solutions to generate efficiencies and cost savings for customers.”
Following successful initial rollouts in South America and Mexico, SATO Dojo is available to European partners from September 18. To encourage partners to use the platform, SATO will offer a Customer Engineering Certification program, along with special rewards based on learning progress. Content will be available in English with localization to European languages over time.
